How long will my item be for sale on eBay?
In most cases, FlyinV Online Brokerage lists an item for a seven day auction.  
In some cases, we will list for a one-day, three-day or five-day auction if needed
(i.e.: event tickets that need to be sold ASAP).

Are there any price or size restrictions?
We accept single items or multiple items that have an estimated value of $50 or
more.  We use USPS and UPS Ground for shipping items or we will arrange and
coordinate for local pickup on larger items.

Can I set a reserve (minimum) starting price on my auction?
Yes, however, just like a live auction, you will usually get a higher final price if
you attract multiple bidders.  This creates excitement and can involve hundreds
of eBay bidders.  Most of our auctions will start at $9.99 without a reserve
(minimum) price.  In our experience, along with proven eBay statistics, lower
starting prices result in higher final sales values because there are more
bidders.  We strive for the highest possible final bid price, however we are
legally obligated to sell to the highest bidder.  It is rare for an item to sell for less
than it is actually worth.  We do not want to discourage setting a reserve
(minimum) price but setting a reserve (minimum) price too high does not attract
potential bidders.  We can help advise you on setting an appropriate reserve
after we have conducted the initial fair market value research for you.

How can I tell if my item is worth $50 on eBay? Or, “What it is worth?”
Send us an email with a description of your item(s) or collection.  Be sure to
include brand name, age, condition, and any other details that you feel
adequately describe your item(s).  We will research your item(s) to identify the
potential resale value and contact you with the results.

What if my item without a reserve (minimum) price does not sell?
We will contact you if your item does not sell.  If you wish, we can re-list your
item(s) for you.  We will need to know your decision within three days of the end
of the original auction.  We will only re-list an item once.

The re-listing is considered a new transaction.

If the item sells after the re-listing, we will deduct all appropriate fees from both
listings from the final value price before sending you a check.

If your item does not sell or you choose to not re-list the item, then you have ten
days to pick-up your item.  If the item is not picked-up within ten days, then
FlyinV Online Brokerage will donate the item to charity.

What if my item with a reserve (minimum) price does not sell?
We will contact you if your item does not sell.  If you wish, we can re-list your
item(s) for you.  We will need to know your decision within three days of the end
of the original auction.  We will only re-list an item once.

Re-listing an item is considered a new transaction.  Therefore, since you had a
reserve on the first auction and it did not sell, you owe us the 10% reserve value
fee for setting a reserve (minimum) price.

On the re-listing, you can choose to continue with the same reserve (minimum)
price, you can lower the reserve (minimum) price, or you can eliminate it
altogether.

If your item sells after the re-listing, we will deduct the 10% reserve value fee
from the first auction and all appropriate fees incurred from the second auction
from the final value price before sending you a check.

If your item does not sell or you choose to not re-list the item, then you have ten
days to pick-up your item.  Any fees incurred due to a reserve (minimum) listing
price MUST be settled prior to picking-up your item.  If the item is not picked up
or if the fees are not paid in full prior to pick-up, then

reserves the right to sell the item to recoup any outstanding balance.  The
remaining value will be donated to charity.

Who pays for shipping an item?
The buyer pays for all shipping, handling and insurance charges.

What if a potential buyer has a question about my item?
We answer buyers' questions via email to the best of our ability.  If there is a
question we cannot answer, we will contact you.  We safeguard your contract
information and NEVER give your contact information to potential buyers.

Will I be able to see the listing on eBay?
Yes.  Once your item has been listed, you can view the listing and follow the
auction through our
FlyinV Online Brokerage store.

How much will my item sell for?
eBay's greatest strength is that it is the world's largest market place.  More
People = More Bids = Added Value.
 The market will determine what your
item is worth.  It is fun to watch the bidding and see your item go up in price.

What is the benefit of using FlyinV Online Brokerage?
We take the hassle out of selling your item(s).  You save a significant amount of
time and our service is convenient.  You can drop off your items or we will pick
them up.  We want to allow you the chance to get cash for your items with a
minimal amount of effort on your part.  Approximately fourteen days after your
auction ends you have money in your hands!  Our sales experience means we
know what keywords and what techniques will bring the most money.  Use us to
your benefit!

How long does it take to list?
We strive to have all items photographed and listed within two to three days of
drop-off or pick-up.

When can I expect to receive my check?
Typically, customers receive their checks fourteen days after we receive full
payment from the buyer.  Occasionally, a winning bidder refuses or never pays
for an item.  In this case, since the buyer was negligent, we will cancel the
original auction and re-list your item for free.  In essence, we will "void" that
particular auction and we will start another auction for your item as if it were the
original transaction.
